"I have been reading the emails and they are quite useful, in fact so useful that we want to sign up for a year."

"In our modern technological society, all energy resources are important for maintaining that technology. Reporting of MW projects is generally based on name plate potential and not on actual year long production, or capacity factor. When viewed in this manner, not all renewable energy resources are equal in output. For example, a 300 MW geothermal power plant may be equal to a 1000 MW wind farm. There are growing reasons for normalization of resources to each other when reporting potential project output. Some renewable energy resources are more transient than others, which is controlled by nature. Determining a specific regional renewable enrgy need should account for the resource capacity along with the cost of energy development. National strategic energy planning for future energy development must also take capacity factor of the energy resource into consideration. " R. Erdlac Jr, Energy America Inc. / Energy America Geothermal
